About the Event
Council on Aging offers FREE workshops to help you live your life to its fullest. In our Chronic Disease Self-Management Workshop, participants will learn techniques to
deal with frequent symptoms of chronic pain. Topics include:
Appropriate use of medication
Falls prevention
Working with health care providers
Maintaining and improving strength
